  • Company: Refers to Vampire Survivors (also referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).
  • Country: Our base of operations is located in Illinois, United States.
  • Device: Any tool you use to access the site, such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
  • Service: Refers to the website and all gaming content provided.
  • Terms and Conditions: These are the rules that form the entire agreement between You and the Company.
  • Third-party Social Media Service: Any services or content provided by another company that might be visible on our site.

Game Over: Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the site immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Once access is terminated, your right to use Vampire Survivors will stop immediately.

The Shield Clause: Limitation of Liability

Regardless of any damages you might experience, the entire liability of the Company and its suppliers under these Terms shall be limited to the amount you actually paid through the Service, or 100 USD if you haven’t purchased anything.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or indirect damages whatsoever. This includes loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruptions related to your use of the Service.

“As Is” and “As Available” Gameplay

The Service is provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” This means we provide the games with all their faults and without any kind of warranty.

The Company disclaims all warranties, including:
